The project site is about 150-200m away from the coastline, mainly for the construction of 16 sets of 100000 m3 external floating roof double plate crude oil storage tanks and supporting projects, with a land area of 500 mu, a total of 1.875 million m3 storage capacity, including 15 125000 m3 crude oil storage tanks and system supporting projects. It mainly includes 6KV/0.38KV transformer substation project, oil pumping station project, metering station project, foam station project, oil contaminated sump engineering, general layout vertical engineering, matching process pipe network engineering, water supply and drainage pipe network engineering, fire fighting pipe network engineering, electrical instrument engineering, power supply outside line engineering, greening engineering and so on.


20 sets of BVEM 130kW vibroflotation devices were used in the construction of Vibroflotation Gravel Pile Foundation project. The deepest pile depth was 30m, the pile diameter was 1m, and the pile spacing was 2.15m. The liquefaction silty fine sand soil layer was successfully treated, the seismic grade of the foundation reached grade 7, and the bearing capacity of the composite foundation reached more than 250kPa.

The proposed buildings and structures are a 35KV substation, a 200m3 pressure relief tank foundation, a one floor process equipment area and a one floor oil pump shed, with a total building area of about 2000 m2. The proposed site is flat and open, with the maximum elevation of 3.91M, the minimum elevation of 2.86m, and the relative elevation difference of 1.05M. The landform belongs to alluvial proluvial plain. In some areas of the site, the surface layer is filled with gravel soil with a thickness of about 10cm. In most areas, the surface layer is filled with plain soil, which contains muddy fine sand, medium sand, silt, medium sand and silty clay.

The depth of stone column pile is 9m, the diameter of pile is 800mm, and the pile spacing is 1.6-2.0m. The total length is about 10318.5 linear meters. The 130kW vibroflot produced BVEM is selected as the leading construction equipment.
